How fees work
Here is how paying works, in the order most families ask, so a fee is never a surprise on the day.
Insurance we work with
We are in network with some PPO dental plans, and out of network with the rest. We see patients with Medicaid or CHIP dental coverage. Tell us your plan when you call and we will check it before you come.

If you pay yourself
If you don't have a plan, you will know the fee before we start, in writing. You can pay at the visit. Financing is offered by third-party lenders. Approval and terms are set by the lender.

Receipts for reimbursement
After each visit we give you an itemized receipt. You can send it to a plan that reimburses out-of-network care. Whether the plan pays, and how much, is the plan's decision.
Itemized, every visit
Procedure codes on request
You can ask for a written estimate before any treatment. It lists each step we expect, how many visits it may take and the fee for each, so a caregiver or care manager can read it with you.

Checking your benefits
We check your dental benefits before the first visit and tell you what we find. If a caregiver, guardian or care manager handles the plan, we will talk with them, with your permission.

Questions about a fee?
Ask before you come. Call the front desk and we can go over a routine visit's fee on the phone.
